A General Summary
The legendary Ford Bronco has cool, innovative features and impressive off-road capacities. While snobs will decry the lack of a V-8 option, they will applaud the optional Bronco manual transmission and numerous nostalgic details. It has a simple but technologically loaded interior layout, such as a 12.0 inch touchscreen and the off-road performance app. The cabin also has long lasting, waterproof surfaces, which protect things whenever the doors and the hard or soft roofs are removed. Its convertible nature – together with body styles of two and four-door – pits Ford’s robustest SUV to the popular Jeep Wrangler. The 2021 Bronco has a legitimate chance to challenge the Jeep for its trailing curve with its highly capable chassis and drivetrain. This same smaller Ford Bronco sport is appreciated by those who do not need as much capability.
Engine, Transmission and Leistung
Sorry, people. People, sorry. The Bronco has no eight cylinders. You only have the choice of a 4-pot or a V-6, but they are strong. The standard motor is a 2.3-liter inline-four turbocharged engine which provides 270 horsepower and a torque of 310 lb. The other option is a 2.7-liter V-6 twin turbo that produces 310 and 400 lb-ft. Ford confirmed that eventually the Bronco will also be offering a hybrid powertrain.
