Tencent Games Android Emulator on Windows
GameLoop is a Windows PC desktop Android game emulator. Its design is for gamers with little attention paid to other emulation features and emphasizes mainly flexibility and accuracy in keyboard and mouse controls. Although it primarily works with Tencent games, including PUBG mobile and Call of Duty, it includes many other famous titles.
Emulators enable systems to operate like other systems. In the GameLoop emulator, your PC will be turned into a game host for smartphone and console titles.
In this way, you can run games you usually can’t afford, and achieve a better gaming experience with a bigger monitor, mouse and keyboard.
GameLoop is an updated release of the previous Tencent GameBuddy. GameBuddy was their legitimate, official Android emulator to make it easier for this developer to play games.
As Tencent uses precise control to create multiplayer games, this upgrade improves the experience. Their new official emulator is GameLoop.
The GameLoop emulator can be easily available for some of the most popular games in existence, including Mobile Legends and PUBG Mobile.
How GameLoop Works
When it comes to specifications, you will need at least 4 GB of RAM to install GameLoop, a minimum disk space of 1.5 GB, and i5 or higher intel or AMD processors.
GameLoop requires OS versions 7 and higher for Windows. Sadly, you won’t find this Mac software.
Installation is a piece of cake if you satisfy these requirements. Download the APK and in a matter of minutes the wizard will take you through the process.
Once you start your emulator, you will also have to install the games manually to use it. It also allows you to adjust your graphical settings when you do.
GameLoop is in three languages-English, Chinese and Vietnamese. All features are available. You can change between them once your first window opens. There are also 3 screen resolutions-1024×576, 1280×720 and 1366×768.
Features of GameLoop
Though somewhat specific for tencent games, GameLoop is a superb overall emulator for Android games. In addition to being the official PUBG Mobile application, it is widely compatible with some of Android’s most popular game titles.
It also allows you to optimize networking and controls for a smoother fame experience. You can change controls and enjoy your gameplay to your liking.
GameLoop uses the default game settings while playing with your mouse and keyboard.
The interface has a built-in game browser. You can also download and install games with one click from your account.
The network is configured and uses your PC ‘s capacity to guarantee lag-free playback. Tencent also included the updated version of its emulator, called ‘Network Acceleration’ to enhance the play of high ping games.
Quality of games and games
In GameLoop there is a window under the name ‘GameCenter.’ You can download and run different games from there. Some titles are Clash Royale, PUBG Mobile, Candy Crush Saga, Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars, etc. GameLoop is particularly common for Call of Duty.
Some of the standard Tencent games are pre-installed with the emulator. You should reinstall frames per second (FPS) during playback in this situation.
In general , the quality of the graphics varies depending on your computer configuration – the greater its power, the better the graphics are. You should not be able to easily run your titles on HD graphics if your PC is medium to high-end.
On the other hand, if you play on a low-profile PC or on a laptop with embedded graphics, you have ‘Smooth’ and ‘Balanced’ settings to improve stability, although at the expense of your eyes.
The social dimension
The social element of this emulator is another great thing. Since Tencent games are often a multiplayer, they include user discovery support and built-in friends lists.
You can enter the official lobby and a room where you’ll be matched to team-mates in a game if your friends aren’t involved on the site. You can also send text and voice messages in the lobby and in the rooms.
Tencent works with Nimo TV to allow you to watch live streams of various famous and dark players. It does not require a browser because all streaming takes place in the emulator.
Alternatives and Bugs
When it comes to disadvantages, GameLoop lacks total emulation but is one of the best gaming options. Sometimes there are installation bugs, audio-related problems or game lags. However, these issues aren’t so general that you won’t use it.
There is currently no wide variety of games available in the Game Shop, too. There is also no filter to divide content by genre or system.
BlueStacks is a well known Android emulator if you are looking for alternatives. It is much more comprehensive and better if you plan to use it for more than just gaming.
In addition, Android-x86 is an open-source project that also works on Linux. Nox App Player is an android emulator focused on Android PC games, but packed with bundleware. Finally, MEmu is a very promising new launch.
An emulator specializing in
Tencents idea of creating a dedicated Android emulator was quite successful, leading to a capable program that can easily run mobile games on a PC. Although it won’t do much for those who aren’t great fans of the titles of Tencent, they can really enjoy that.
